2017 – The Year of YOU!

Last week I declared 2017 the YEAR OF YOU. And one of the goals I’ve set for myself is to share the weekly strength training routine I’m doing with you.

Here’s this week’sĀ great sweat session to get your muscles burning. Don’t forget your cardio! Try for 20 minutes of cardio on days you strength train, and 30-60 minutes on days you don’t.
